These terms govern your 3-day complimentary access to the CE Platform. Please read them before beginning your trial.

By activating your free trial, you acknowledge that trial access is limited to curated sample data, that no real member or health plan data may be entered, and that all platform content and methodology remains the proprietary intellectual property of Culturally Elevated. These terms are incorporated by reference into the full Terms of Use.
Culturally Elevated ("CE," "we," "our," or "us") offers eligible prospective subscribers a complimentary 3-day (72-hour) trial of the CE Platform. Trial access begins at the time your invitation link is activated and expires automatically at the end of the 72-hour period regardless of how much time you spent in the platform.
Trial access is invitation-only. Receipt of a trial invitation does not guarantee a subscription offer, nor does it create any obligation on the part of Culturally Elevated to extend or convert your trial to a paid subscription.
Trial access is limited to one designated user per organization. Trial credentials are non-transferable and may not be shared.
The CE Platform trial environment is pre-loaded with curated sample data provided exclusively by Culturally Elevated. This data is synthetic and does not represent any real patient population, member cohort, health plan, or clinical program.
No PHI. Ever. The CE Platform is not authorized to receive or process Protected Health Information at any time — during a free trial or a paid subscription. Violation of this requirement is grounds for immediate termination of trial access and may expose your organization to legal liability under applicable federal law.
CE may offer Platform Office Hours sessions in connection with a free trial. These are live, scheduled support sessions designed to help you navigate the platform and understand its features.
Platform Office Hours are not consulting engagements. Participation in Platform Office Hours — whether during a free trial or as a paid add-on — does not constitute a professional consulting relationship, advisory engagement, or clinical services relationship between Culturally Elevated and your organization.
Specifically:
All content viewed, generated, or accessed during the trial period — including platform architecture, analytical frameworks, scoring methodologies, output logic, and visual displays — is the exclusive intellectual property of Culturally Elevated and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
Participation in a free trial grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view the CE Platform during the 72-hour trial window. No additional intellectual property license is conveyed.
Completing a free trial does not obligate you or your organization to purchase a subscription. CE will not automatically enroll you in a paid plan at the conclusion of the trial period.
If you choose to subscribe following your trial, subscription terms — including minimum commitment periods, payment schedules, and applicable fees — will be presented to you separately at the time of purchase and are governed by the full Terms of Use.
Culturally Elevated reserves the right to suspend or terminate trial access at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Reasons for termination may include but are not limited to:
Upon termination or expiration of trial access, all access to the CE Platform ceases immediately. CE is not obligated to retain or transfer any data entered during the trial period.
The CE Platform trial is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. CE does not warrant that trial access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the sample data will meet your evaluation needs. CE makes no representation that the platform will produce any specific outcome for your organization's Stars performance or quality program.
These Free Trial Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

No Protected Health Information may be entered at any time
All platform methodology and content is CE intellectual property — not to be reproduced or shared
Platform Office Hours are support sessions — not professional consulting services
Trial access does not create a purchase obligation or contractual relationship
CE may terminate trial access at any time without prior notice
